Crackers are a weakness of mine. I love the crunch and flavors. Sometimes I want salty and sometimes sweet. These graham crackers are the perfect combination of each.

No more store bought grahams for me.  These are easy to make with just a few ingredients that I always have on hand.  

Course: Snack
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup soft wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.  

  2. In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and honey. Mix until blended.  

  3. In a small bowl combine flours and baking soda. Stir to combine.  

  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until fully combined. 
  5. Roll the dough between 2 pieces of wax paper until very thin. (They will rise when cooking).  
  6. Score into individual crackers and use a tooth pick or fork to make holes in the top. 

  7. Leave crackers on the wax paper and place on a sheet pan in the freezer for 30 minutes. 
  8. Remove from freezer and bake for about 10 minutes or until they begin to brown.  

  9. When done, remove from oven and cut along the score lines to separate crackers.  Let cool.
